Hecate is the greek goddess of the three paths, guardian of the household, and goddess of witches. She was also classified as the moon goodess having control of the earth sea and land. She was the goddess who protected shepherds and sailors. Walking the roads at night or visiting cemetaries during the dark phase of the moon. She is seen with her sacred dogs. She has the ability to see in several directions (even past, present and future) and the ability to see the underworld, the "otherworld" of the sleeping and the dead. Queen of the night travelling with a following of ghosts and social outcasts. Accompanied by an owl, a symbol of wisdom, however she is known for a knowledge of trivia.
