I had a free day sometime last November (2008) and decided I'd play around with some paints, and this piece was the result - totally unplanned! I held off from sharing it for a while because of the Victorian disaster earlier this year - the timing just wouldn't have been right. But here they are now, the little bushfire fairies who love watching the power of fire, and assist in the renewal of life once it's passed. Acrylic on canvas.
